Fostering and Rehoming a Cat
Our dedicated team of foster carers help us to provide cats in need with the safety of their home whilst tending to their foster cats’ needs. By providing a temporary loving environment, our foster carers play a crucial role in a cat’s wellbeing and socialization. This significantly improves their chances of successful rehoming as we get to know each cats’ personality and how they behave within a home environment.
While our cats are in foster care, we will monitor them and find them the ‘Purrfect’ forever home. Cat fostering is a fantastic way to get involved in animal welfare without it taking up too much of your time, or needing to leave the house.
There are many benefits to fostering, such as:
•You will be hands on with your foster cat and help them adapt to life within a safe home environment.
• Stroking and grooming cats is an excellent way to relax at the end of the day.
• We will cover all the agreed costs of taking care of your foster cat.
To become a cat foster carer you will need to:
• Provide our cats with care, suitable housing, and a safe environment as per our policies and guidelines.
• Be over the age of 18 years old.
• Transport them to any veterinary appointments.
• Provide them with your time and patience.
• Provide a quite space or spare room within your home.

Could you give ‘Dottie’ a loving new home?
Introducing Dottie, such a sweet natured and friendly girl. Dottie is currently in foster care in the Swindon area and has been settling into her temporary home very well.
She has just said goodbye to the last of her litter of 6 kittens, we suspect she has had kittens before this litter too so Dottie has now been spayed and is ready for a well-earned rest.
A home in a quiet area away from a busy road will be required so Dottie can have access to the outside world, a cat flap will be required so that she can come and go as she pleases during the day.
Dottie has a very playful side and loves daily playtime with her foster carer, she is easy-going and doesn't mind going in her carrier for vet visits.
Dottie is the most delightful, loving little girl and is great company, she will make a great companion.
Please note: the adoption fee for Dottie is £180, this fee helps us continue to care for cats in need like Dottie.
Could you give ‘Precious’ a loving new home?
Say hello to Precious and what a precious girl she is too, she is a real sweetie with a lovely nature.
Precious is currently with her foster carers in Avebury, Wiltshire and has settled into the family home very well. As Precious is still a young cat play is very important, she loves to chase her toys and enjoys using her scratching post.
Once she is settled in her new home Precious will need to have access to the outside via a cat flap so that she can come and go as she pleases. A home in a quiet area away from any busy roads will be required. A home where she is the only animal would suit her best.
Precious likes to be near her foster carers and is getting used to being with them, a little shy to start with as expected but she is getting more confident by the day.
This little girl will bring so much joy to her new family.
Please note: The adoption fee for Precious will be £180.00 this contribution will help us continue to support cats in need like Precious.
